Our Mission
The purpose of the Guild is to “Promote the exchange of woodworking information and to further the craft“.
We are a welcoming community dedicated to woodworkers of all skill levels, from absolute beginners to seasoned experts. Our activities are designed to benefit everyone, no matter where you are on your woodworking journey.
What We Do:
- Monthly Meetings: We host engaging monthly meetings to facilitate the exchange of ideas, information, and individual knowledge. These meetings feature:
- Show & Tell: Members display and discuss their current projects, offering inspiration and practical insights to the group. Click here to view Show & Tell gallery.
- Open Question & Answer: A dedicated time for attendees to ask specific woodworking questions to the group.
- Presentations: A focused segment covering a variety of topics, including new techniques, tool demonstrations, and specialized topics.
- Beyond Meetings: We also organize field trips to explore various woodworking aspects and conduct hands-on Saturday workshops.
- Stay Informed: Meeting details and event information are shared through our monthly e-newsletter on our website and email broadcasts to members.

Everyone is Welcome: You do not need to be a member to attend our monthly Guild meetings! We encourage anyone interested in woodworking to drop in and see what we’re all about. However, being a member has benefits some of which are listed on our benefits of membership page.
